Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by NURA FUSION (hereinafter referred to as "Agency"). By using our services and purchasing our products, you accept these T&Cs.

2. Services & Products

The Agency offers the following services:

• Social Media Marketing and Management
• Social advertising through Meta, Google, and TikTok ads
• The development and implementation of digital products
• Sale and mediation of real estate
• Collaborations with companies for revenue increase, customer acquisition, sales promotion, and enhancement of reach and visibility
• Sale of digital and physical products

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is established as soon as the customer accepts an offer from the Agency by signing the contract or paying for a product in the online shop.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in the currency specified in the offer or on the Agency's website. Payments are due within 7 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed.

All products in the online shop must be paid for immediately using the specified payment methods.

5. Scope of Services

The scope of services is defined in the respective contract or offer. Changes to the scope of services require the written consent of both parties.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner to ensure the delivery of services is not impeded.

7. Liability

The Agency is liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless it concerns the violation of essential contractual obligations.

8. Data Protection

The Agency commits to treating the personal data of the customer confidentially and using it only within the framework of legal regulations.

9. Final Provisions

The law of the UAE applies. Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
