Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contracts within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The right of withdrawal is excluded if the customer has begun performance of the contract after expressly agreeing that the Agency may commence performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired. Purchases in the online shop can only be withdrawn if the products are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. (Digital products excluded)

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Digital Products

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right to withdrawal once the digital product has been delivered or accessed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email (support@nurafusion.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
